Meditation Practices for Stress Relief

This resource is a collection of meditation and breathing exercises designed to help you relax, reflect, or simply pause and breathe. 

I was inspired to create this list by my Clinical Psychology class during my undergraduate education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our professor shared a meditation video and gave us time to meditate before our morning zoom class.
